- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. fresh dill
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together and whisk.
- Whisk the buttermilk and egg together completely.

- Add the flour together with the buttermilk mixture and combine.
- Don’t over mix the batter.
