Travel Animal Doctor: Avoid Unintentional Pet Poisoning

Avoid unintentional pet poisoning by being aware of what is toxic to your furry friends. – Travel Animal Doctor We all have the best intentions when it comes to spoiling our pets. There are many species differences between animals that make some things safe to be consumed by humans, but can be very deadly to a pet.  Avoid unintentional pet poisoning by remembering this story.  John packed up the car and is ready for his holiday trip to see the parents.   The whole family including Rocko and Spud are getting packed into the car like animal Tetris. John thought of everything including those Poinsettias and chocolate for his mom and that small ugly antique white dresser that he is taking to strip and restore to the handsome original walnut finish in his dad’s workshop. The clamor of “Teenage Wasteland” and other great hits plays on the radio as he is driving along on his 16 hour trek to the promised land. Last week there was so much snow that John had to climb out of the window with a shovel just to get out of the house and get the driveway cleared quick enough to get to work on time.  There were no work cancellations, as he was expected to be a proficient black ice dodger and snow wrangler. One week in paradise with warm 67 degree Fahrenheit sunny weather  is all John can think about as he sings along, “… engage Iceland..”. So he won’t quit his day job to become a member of The Who, but he WILL come back to his job with a nice tan line to show off to his fellow colleagues. John’s cat and dog do well on car rides so he is not...

I felt enchanted like Wendy Darling in Neverland, following every word the Peter Pan at the exhibit said to transport my mind to a new adventure. Like a new page in one of those choose your own adventure books, I was intrigued by every possibility. Has anybody else attended this show before? It appears that the show happens next in Philadelphia. A list of upcoming shows in different locations as can be seen if you click here. This show made me want to take a round the world flight to anywhere and everywhere! I came home with bags of pamphlets on travel tours, agencies, hotels, and various modes of transportation. I knew I would have a blast when the first booth I saw walking in was a booth to Chico’s Pet Depot in Falls Church, VA. It is a store that offers pet food, grooming and pet adoptions. For the love of animals and travel, I was in a personal heaven. As I walked from booth to booth I could overhear famous...
