3 Easy and Luxurious Vinaigrettes

These three quick and easy luxurious vinaigrettes are a few favorites I enjoy with my salads. The great thing about homemade dressings is that you know exactly what ingredients are in the dressing, and you can control the healthiness of the dressings. Since I am watching my sugar intake, this delicious homemade balsamic vinaigrette is the perfect dressing to go on top of my salad. This dressing is only one of many easy luxurious vinaigrettes that you can make for your salads.  You can adjust ingredients as you please to make the dressing tastier for you. While we chose to make the delicious homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing to pair with our salad, I am sharing three easy dressing recipes that you can try with your own salads. Delicious Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette This golden balsamic vinaigrette made for the perfect pairing with the salad I made last week. It is easy and quick to prepare. Ingredients: 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1 garlic clove (minced) 3 TBS lemon juice 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. salt Directions: Add olive oil, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic clove, lemon juice, pepper and salt into a shaker cup. Shake cup to mix ingredients thoroughly. Enjoy this delicious homemade balsamic vinaigrette on your salad! My Review: I wholeheartedly recommend this balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It tasted great with the fruit based salad. Since the salad was sweet and nutty, this dressing offered a bit of a bite while not overpowering the salad. Citrus Cran-Apple Pecan Salad

This citrus cran-apple pecan salad is very tasty. The pecans are a sweet and nutty addition to a delicious fruit and veggie salad.  Perks of these pecans are that they are rich in fiber and antioxidants that are optimal for a healthy heart. Along with a homemade dressing, this nutritious salad makes for an extremely satisfying side dish. The avocado contains an abundance of healthy fatty acids as well as many minerals and vitamins. For a citrusy blast of vitamin C, we added mandarin oranges to the salad, along with some beautiful and scrumptious red apples. Since an apple a day keeps the doctor away, this salad is a guaranteed hit for the health conscious person with a sweet tooth. Want to take a bite of this fresh Citrus Cran- Apple Pecan salad and try it yourself? With just a few ingredients you can! This salad is easy and quick to fix, as long as you have the ingredients on hand. Ingredients: 1/2 c. cranberries (dried or fresh) 2 apples 2 mandarin oranges 10 oz. spinach 2 avocados 1 c. pecan halves          Directions: Peel and separate the orange into small segments. Wash and cut the apples into small slices. Peel and slice up the avocados. Add the pecans and cranberries overtop the leafy greens along with the oranges, apples and avocado.
